Radio PR Still a “Hit”

We’ve all heard the stories regarding the demise of radio for years.  Despite the naysayers, this medium remains a powerful tool for reaching your target audiences.  What you may not realize is that several long-term successful programs are syndicated nationally, post interviews on their content rich websites, provide newsletters  and often utilize the content across multiple mediums.  I know of at least two hosts who also write print stories for local, regional and national outlets.

In the consumer technology space, some great opportunities that come to mind include Kim Komando, BootCamp with Fred Fishkin, Computer America with syndicated columnist Craig Crossman and Into Tomorrow with Dave Graveline.

The outlets can provide a great supplement to a multi-faceted PR campaign.
