Successful collaboration highlights best practices in janitorial services and maintenance

has successfully provided janitorial services and maintenance to more than 4 million square feet of
commercial office space daily stretching from the Canadian border to Tacoma and east to the Tri-Cities.
The spaces range from an average of 100,000 square feet to 400,000 square feet and are leased by

one million square feet of space spread among 130 buildings stretching from the Canadian border
