Employee Profiles Great PR Tool

PR and marketing content does not always have to be focused on clients, products and services.  Depending on the topic, a short employee profile can help build client loyalty and make prospects feel more comfortable.  Recently, I worked with a client to highlight their in-house permit department that sets them apart from the competition.  To compliment the stories, we decided to write a small feature on the employee who often works behind the scenes to obtain approvals for sophisticated projects.  Internal PR tactics such as this can be just as valuable to the health and well being of your employees and lead to repeat business from loyal clients.
