Despite Myth- Summer Time Perfect Timing for PR

Many executives may believe media coverage during the summer months misses the throngs of prospects and other stakeholders checked out until Fall.  The other side of the coin is the fact that editors often have more time to pursue second tier stories.  The result is that not only can you land a placement in a key media target, but equally important is the chance to leverage that placement in your own sales and marketing efforts.  These “hits” are extremely valuable in terms of building awareness for your web site news, electronic newsletters and print collateral.  Don’t waste the opportunity.  Now is a great time to build a story and target your best media.
